I am looking to rent a 2-bedroom apartment in a central area, with maximum priority given to proximity to the metro (ideally minutes walking distance) and other public transport options.
The exact square footage is not a key factor for me.
Starting date:
My maximum budget is €/month, but this must include all utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, and any other associated costs).
An important detail is that my employer (a bank) will cover the rent, so the inclusion of utilities in the contract is mandatory for reimbursement purposes.
