In the front house, we’re looking for a roommate to live with Pax, a female w a professional career who works 3 days a week on /2 from home, has a mild tempered appropriately named dog named Mello, and is an extremely respectful, fun loving and clean roommate.

The house is in Frogtown, steps from the LA River, leisurely walking distance to La Colombe coffee and wonderful restaurants. Safe and very neighbor friendly neighborhood where you’ll see the same faces and people actually wave and say “hi!”

The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a front yard and a stand alone gym in the back yard with a peloton, weight bench, boxing and free weights.

Looking for a roommate to take 1 empty bedroom and use the other empty bedroom as a shared guest room.

Every room except for your bedroom is fully furnished already, including the kitchen supplies so it's very move in ready! You will have your own private bathroom.

Your share of the monthly rent includes utilities and the room is available any time in June.
