Masters Room with own Parking Spot

Hello! I’m looking for a working professional (female or male)
to sign a 1 year lease in a bathroom townhouse. The masters room ($ per month) includes a permanent spot in our garage. Our house is in a gated community, across from Costco and Ikea. This townhouse is located in Mission Valley with a private pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court and dog park. There will be a total of 3 people living here. Move in date is August 1st!
