Hey everyone! I'm looking for a friendly new housemate to join me in my cozy 2-bedroom apartment in South Yarra. It’s a relaxed, well-located spot with great vibes and even better surroundings!

🏠 About the Apartment:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Your room comes with a built-in wardrobe and will be unfurnished
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished – just bring your things and settle in!
Car park available as well as permit parking

💰 Rent & Bills:
Rent: $/week

Bills: Split evenly between us

Surrounded by amazing cafes, shops, clubs, and parks – it’s such a fun and convenient area to live in!

📆 Move-In & Lease Info:
Official move-in date is July , but I’ll be heading off on a 6-week trip from June , so if needed, you’re welcome to move into my room temporarily until yours is available
You’ll be signing a sublease that runs until October , with the option to renew after that

Hey, I’m Sam! I work full-time in reception/admin (your classic , Monday to Friday). I’m a pretty social person – most weekends you’ll find me out and about, whether on a walk, getting a coffee, going on road trips, beach days, or grabbing a drink with friends. That said, I’m also a big fan of quiet nights during the week – think comfy clothes, a good Netflix series, and winding down at home.

✨ About You:
I’m looking for someone who brings good energy to the space – someone open, respectful, tidy, and communicative, LGBTQ+ friendly Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys a chat, a glass of wine now and then, and maybe even the occasional shared meal.
