We are a brother and sister (2 adults), responsible and clean, looking for a cozy room to rent in San Diego or the surrounding areas.

We have our well-behaved, friendly dog who is part of our family. We are looking for a place where pets are welcome. We are ready to move in immediately or we can discuss a convenient date.
