bath in a 4 bedroom

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my room/sublease for this upcoming August. There are currently 2 girls that you would be living with plus a third that has not been found yet (4 people in total). It’s a 3 story town home. The first level is the living room and kitchen, second level is 2 bedrooms and a laundry room, third level is 2 additional bedrooms. You would be living on the second floor in room B with a balcony. The rent is around $ a month plus utilities. I've attached photos of the apartment and the room. It is also 5 minutes from UCF campus.
