Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Description

My adult daughter and I are looking for a clean, quiet, non-smoking home we can use when we’re in the area visiting clients and family. We’re looking for a month-to-month rental with a standard -day notice, and we’d prefer something that includes high-speed internet, cable, and utilities in the monthly rate.

I am a SVP/GM for a defense company and military my daughter is a financial analyst and portfolio manager. We both travel frequently, so the room would only be used by one of us at the same time—and there may be some months where it’s only occupied for a week or two.
