Hey Denver friends!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our cozy and spacious home just a few blocks east of Sloan’s Lake, starting July 1st! You’d be moving into an upstairs bedroom with its own private bathroom (no sharing!). The house is big and welcoming, with lots of natural light, a shared kitchen and living space, and a laid-back atmosphere.

You’ll be living with 4 other housemates in our late s, plus a sweet dog and two chill cats. We’re a -friendly, LGBTQ+ inclusive home that values mutual respect, cleanliness, and good vibes. Whether you’re working from home or just need a comfy place to unwind after work, our house is set up for both quiet time and the occasional hangout.

We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. Everyone does their own thing and respects each other’s space.
