SPRING LEASE TAKEOVER

January - July

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female to take over a lease in the spring semester since I will be graduating in December. This is perfect for anyone studying abroad this Fall semester or any new students to NAU! It’s located at Hilltop​ Townhomes right on central campus (in between all the classes!!). They have study rooms, coffee machines, and a gym all located in the office.



It is a bath, you will have your own private room with a shared bathroom. Your rent will match mine at $ a month, electricity/water not included but I have never gone more than $ a month for it. Additionally, I have a discount on parking that allows me to get it for free, and it will transfer over as well.



The bedroom is furnished, including a full side bed, dresser, desk + chair, and nightstand. There will be a lease transfer fee but I will pay it!!
