Grad student at Upenn

Hi everyone! I’m a grad student at UPenn looking for a bath apartment for lease or sublease in the University City area. Budget is up to $ flat. Ideally looking for something with in-unit laundry, an open layout, and parking, but my must-haves are the private unit and the budget.

Hoping to move in mid-July or early August at the latest. I’m quiet, clean, and focused on school — just looking for a comfortable and peaceful place for my dog and I to call home.
