Description

Furnished/unfurnished bedroom available in a secure, gated community. The room comes fully furnished but can be unfurnished upon request. It shares a bathroom that is professionally cleaned once a month. The house is modern—less than years old—and well-maintained, with monthly maid service included.

You’ll have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, washer and dryer, and backyard grill. The home is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway and just minutes from restaurants, banks, and grocery stores.

Rent includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and monthly cleaning service. All current roommates are working professionals in our twenties to forties.

We're looking for a long-term roommate with a minimum -month lease, transitioning to month-to-month afterward. House rules include no smoking, drugs, pets, or overnight guests. A background check is required.
