Hi my name is Dan and I'm looking to rent a room in my 2BR apartment. It's located right off Adam's St. In a nice residential neighborhood. It's on the 1st floor, fully furnished, back deck and sitting area outside, plenty of parking available, laundry machines down stairs. Rent is $ per month which includes utilities. Only other expensive would be $ for the wifi/internet per. month. The available BR comes with window a/c, closet, wood floors and has a TV and TV stand in there as well( if you needed to use, otherwise the room would be empty). I'm looking for someone who has full time emoyment(not from home), clean and cleans up after themselves,considerate, friendly & honest. I am not a big party type person so would prefer like minded individual and enjoy having a quiet apartment to come home to after work and relax.
