Room for rent foco

Description

I have a lovely private room on the 5th floor. It’s a great space with a nice private bathroom. It is furnished and comes with a bed frame, mattress (I have a memory foam topper I never used I can leave if needed), a night stand, desk, desk chair, and two sets of drawers. The living room is also furnished with a couch, coffee table, TV and WiFi is included. Washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. It’s a month and utilities are around $. I’ll be moved out by June 1st. Two other people live here. Both quiet and very nice but tend to keep to themselves. No pets are here. Non smokers. Very clean. It’s about a 4 minute walk to campus, and a 5 minute drive to old town. No loud neighbors. Overall this place has been such a great apartment I’ve really enjoyed living here. The building next door (you have access to) has an amazing rooftop pool and hot tubs (not the ones pictured those are trash and in this building) for an additional $ covered parking is available. If interested and able to sign by Friday I’ll pay for parking till July. Thanks!
