My lease ends July st

Description

A new 1 year lease would start right after, on August 1st. I will add pictures within the next 2 days. I would like to clean up the place a bit first. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with a small balcony. I live in the smaller room. I don't mind staying in there or taking it, up to you. I have a friendly, medium-sized dog named Azula. I have wifi here, a dishwasher, and the washer/dryer is inside. The kitchen is kind of small, but there's enough space for 2 people. I don't mind pets, as long as it doesn't create any problems with my dog. Also, 🍃 friendly :) if you look up "the perch on commonwealth" into maps, it'll show you a pic of the exact layout.
