Looking for the right fit for the house.

Shared housing dynamics: Myself, my 6 year old, my three legged dog and my friend/housemate occupy a bathroom sq ft home in River Park.

Household duties for the shared space are split among the adults (I.e., taking garbage out, sweeping common area, keeping bathroom tidy, wiping counters, etc.).

Important to note that I make some pretty extravagant and really good food that the housemates get to eat but this is a carnivorous home.

Night shift workers (unless you sleep like the dead)
Individuals hyper-sensitive to sound.

Must like kids and love dogs.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Happy to FaceTime to show the space after a phone interview then proceed to showing the space in person.

Fairly standard rental process. I have a document packet which includes an application and formal agreement, etc.

Cannot have a history of evictions and must show proof of income.
