Two Rooms Available

Description

Hi! I am looking for two roommates for my condo that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, available June twenty third. One of the available bedrooms has a private bathroom. The other available bedroom will share a bathroom with me.

The bedrooms are unfurnished and have new flooring, not shown in pictures, please contact me if you would like a walk through! The main living space is also unfurnished, but I will be bringing a table and probably a couch with me when I move in. The shared living space is an open-floor plan and there are beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors. There is free in-unit laundry. There is one covered garage parking space available for one hundred/month.

I have a fifteen lb dachshund/terrier mix who is friendly, of course house-trained, and sheds minimally. No other pets allowed, unfortunately.

A little about me: I'm quiet, mostly keep to myself, work four days a week. No four twenty, please. I can sleep through pretty much anything, but need someone who is respectful of the upstairs and downstairs neighbors.
