*Must have 3 personal references and willing to do a meet interview with my husband and i
*must be LGBTQ+ friendly
* Move in June 1st
*it isnt furnished but you may bring furniture with you (the living room is your bedroom we only live in a bath)
*MUST MUST MUST be clean! Of drugs and as a person
*No 🚬 smoking inside
*No Pets (we already have 3 cats)
