Looking for a roommate to share my -bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Haight-Ashbury starting July 1 (flexible).
Rent: $/month
Utilities split (~$/person for PG&E + $/person for internet, etc)
This is a short-term lease ( months) with potential to extend month-to-month after that.

About the Apartment:
- Located in a very walkable and vibrant neighborhood
- Large shared living room and separate kitchen with dishwasher
- Bedrooms are equal-sized (~ sqft); your room has a closet
- Coin-operated laundry in the building
- No assigned/permit parking, but street parking has worked well for my previous roommate
- My roommate is moving out with some furniture; We'll work out what stays or goes before you move in. Your bedroom will be empty.

About Me:
I’m a -year-old female who works from home (my desk is in my bedroom). I’ve lived here for 2 years and really love the space. I have a lb Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix who stays part-time—she splits time between here and my partner’s. I'm tidy, like to cook, enjoy the park and going out on weekends. I value open communication and a relaxed, respectful household.

About You:
You like dogs, you're responsible, and pay rent on time. No cats. Open to all genders.
