Shared Room for Rent

Description

Hello, I’m looking for a roommate who’s comfortable sharing a spacious room with me. The room is large enough to fit two beds and can also accommodate an air mattress or couch. You’ll have privacy when I’m at work or busy, so we won’t be stuck in the room together all the time.

I don’t have a source of transportation. That’s why I’m offering the room at a low price: I’m looking for someone with a car who can help me get to work, run errands, and do shopping.

If you’re willing to provide transportation, i’ll offer an additional $ per week for gas money. I can also adjust my work schedule to fit yours, ensuring you can get me to work and other places I need to go.

Please note that this room is only available to someone with reliable transportation, as this is a mutually beneficial arrangement where we can help each other out.

The room is more SOUTH.

And If all goes well with the shared room situation I am open to finding a 2BDR within a year or sooner that way we can both have our own space.
