New Roommate Wanted

The apartment is a of which, will be yours. It’s roughly square ft total, room is ft. with Street parking. The apartment has in unit laundry and dish washer. The bedroom already has a queen size bed in it as we’ve somewhat prepared the room for guests. If you have any questions please let us know.

My Wife and I are generally home bodies. We spend most of our time at home so it’s critical we get along sharing the space. We clean our home regularly and would appreciate a neat and tidy person to share in our appreciation of a clean home. We are open to a person with pets and hope our roommate is okay with our 2 pitbulls and 1 house cat.
