Looking for a room for a couple in or around culver city. I am a year old female and my boyfriend of 5 years, Brice is a year old male. We are looking for a room to rent while I finish my graduate degree! He works full time at a health food grocery store and I go to school and work. We are very busy, very clean and respectful people. We are sober, so do not drink or do drugs, and prefer to live in a place where there will be no parties or loud late nights. We love pets, but don’t have any of our own. We are social, and easygoing and are used to living with Roomates and sharing spaces.
