Bedroom available, need roommates

Hello! My friend and I are looking for 2 new roommates, preferably women, to take over the second half of our apartment in the beginning of July. My friend and I share bedrooms. Rent will be split 4 ways about $/person/month plus the utilities. Utilities are evenly split water and electric which is usually no more than $ a person but typically less. Full rent and fees for the apartment is about $/month. It's a one year lease. The bedroom is approximately ' so not very big unfortunately. We share a bunk bed and one large dresser and organizers in the closet to make it fit as an example. You will have your own space in the guest hallway bathroom. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, if you have questions about what we have like kitchen stuff feel free to ask. We are located in a 2 year old new complex only about miles from the Miller Dining end of campus. We have a clubhouse which I've included the fee for in the approximate rent. hour maintenance submission and pretty timely response. Internet and laundry units are included in the apartment. The only part of the apartment you will need to furnish is the bedroom. Please message if interested!
