Hi every in the Albany area is currently in search of an apartment, I’m looking to relet a future month lease for a room in a bath shared space. You will be given private access to bath and the room is priced at $.

The lease is going Into effect August and ends May .

*fully furnished

*gym
*outside terrace
*pet friendly

I am willing to pay $ toward the 1st month’s rent if lease is signed before August . The floorplan is also fluid and can be changed upon request (bath or bath floor plans available). Rent decreases with more roommates, but each individual is responsible for their own rent payments. There is no shared rent.
