Hi all! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease in the NEWLY BUILT Hub on First apartments this coming August! One block from University and Main Gate, entire campus is walkable. The layout is a “mansion” with its own patio and private hot tub as well as community rooftop pool, hot tub and cabanas. Private hot tub maintenance is included. The apartment is newly built and will be finished late May-June and comes fully furnished!! This layout is the only one of its kind and is located on the second floor, same floor as the community gym. The apartment has many great amenities, including a wellness/yoga studio!
