Hey everyone! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease this summer. It’s perfect for anyone with a summer internship, job, or classes! There is an option to renew for the next lease term, but it is not necessary at all.

You’ll have the whole apartment to yourself (the 3 other rooms are vacant), so it’s very quiet and peaceful for you. The lease ends July st, so it’s short-term and flexible
