Looking for a responsible and quiet tenant. The house is very peaceful and right next to Trader Joe's. The area is very safe and clean and walkable.
Located next to the freeways. We're next to plenty of restaurants, boutiques, bars and nightlife.
The room has a private entrance and is furnished with lots of natural lighting and is very spacious. There is no access to the kitchen but there's plenty of room for a microwave and mini fridge situation. There is laundry on and street parking is easy and readily available.
