House has a modern washer/dryer ..etc central A/C good size shared space , kitchen .. etc. Full bathroom will be shared with one person (not me) House is located close to Reno & Douglas Blvd/Post Rd. , MWC

The type of welcomed roommate(s) I’m looking for is : Drama free responsible roommate(s) with good shared living ethics , no rowdiness , no disrespecting, clean after yourself, no parties or sleep overs and no smoking inside the house for any reason. You can smoke in the garage or outdoor .
