Master Bedroom: Comes with a private ensuite bathroom.
Shared Spaces: Living/dining area and kitchen.
Household Environment:
Must be comfortable in an active household, as I work from home and have my child with me days a week.

Utilities:
Utilities, including electricity and water, are divided among residents.
Internet is also available and costs are shared.
Garbage and sewage services are included in the rent.
Parking:
There are two parking spots reserved for tenants only, while visitors must park on the street. Please note that there is no assigned parking.
