Quiet neighborhood, property within walking distance of bus stop if you don’t own a car. Shared bathroom, laundry and kitchen privileges, wifi and utilities all included. Street parking always free.

Can furnish with small desk, nightstand, and twin xl bed frame if needed (bring your own mattress, obviously). Cost stays the same.

Discretion observed. Loud speakerphone conversations are a no-no. No parties, no loud guests. Vaping okay, edibles okay. Only smoke and ash allowed is the barbecue in the back.
