I'm trying to sublet my apartment over the summer from June to July. It's the loft room of a $/month. I'm looking for males only because there's going to be 1 male roommate who is a pretty chill guy.

Close proximity to UT Austin Campus (about a -minute walk to the engineering buildings)
Close proximity to a lot of food trucks and Guadalupe Street
A balcony
