Looking for a respectful and easygoing roommate to share my peaceful condo in Alpharetta. The available bedroom is fully furnished with a bed and dresser, and you’ll have your own private bathroom. Rent is $/month and includes all utilities — no hidden costs or surprises.

You’ll have full access to shared spaces like the kitchen (feel free to use pots, pans, etc.), living room, and dining area. The condo is walking distance from a private park right on the Chattahoochee River and some truly beautiful hiking trails. The community also has a pool and gym, which you’re welcome to use.

There’s one friendly cat here, so ideally you’re cool with pets (but no additional pets, please). The vibe at home is chill, clean, and respectful — perfect for someone who values a calm space to come home to.
