The room is currently available, and ideally it should be rented by . It’s in a two-bedroom apartment, to be shared with another woman. The bathroom will also be shared.

The space includes full access to the kitchen and living room, as well as a parking spot for your car. Rent includes everything: room, electricity, water, trash, and internet.

House rules: no smoking indoors, no pets allowed, and quiet hours start at PM. Cleanliness and organization are important, and all kitchen utensils should be cleaned immediately after use.

The room is spacious and includes a private closet and a queen bed. The location is excellent—just 8 minutes from Walmart, Publix, and several gyms on University Parkway. The building also features a private laundry room and a swimming pool for residents.

The $ deposit will be refunded upon move-out, provided a -day notice is given and the apartment is left in good condition.
