I’m looking for a room/lease

Hi! I’m years old. I’m very clean and quiet. I’m not a student. I work full time. My income is sustainable. I have a small car (four door Hyundai). I have a cat (declawed/with Scoop Free litter box). She’s very docile but cannot live with dogs. I’m looking for a roommate close in age. I’d prefer to room with someone or below. I’d like to rent a spare room but am open to new leases. I have my own furniture, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. I won’t need to use any of your things 🙂 I’m looking to move before/by September 1st.
