Hello! I am renting out my entire basement.

Basement includes: private full kitchen, private bath, private bedroom, private living space, shared laundry room, shared entrance to the home, shared garage parking available.

No smoking, no pets except for small caged animals.

Credit/background check required prior to signing lease. First month's rent + $ security deposit required upon move-in.

About me: I am a -year-old female who is disabled with a chronic pain disorder. Most of the time I am home resting in the sun room or the back room upstairs playing games on my iPad or listening to podcasts. I go out usually in the afternoons for a couple hours to run errands or for fun distractions. I mostly keep to myself so if you are looking for a housemate to develop a friendship with I am probably not for you. I have a small pet bird; he makes noise when I come home or leave the room but that's about it.
