Room for rent (LGBTQ+ friendly)

Description

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly housing on Livingston in Columbus Ohio! We consist of mainly women! We are a mix between military, working and non-working members! We allow pets as long as its kept under 2! We do already have some pets (only cats and yes they are indoor only)! Smoking is ok, just nothing inside. NO HEAVY DRUGS ALLOWED INSIDE (Sorry). We have shared kitchen appliances and a fully stocked kitchen that is shared (Just replace what you break). We have a garage but since we live in a duplex we do not pay for the garage but we do have parking next to the garage. We don't have much in terms of household furniture we just tend to keep to ourselves. The full price is a month (this does include your share of utilities, a deposit is not required) we go through spectrum for wireless internet and its pretty good! We do not accept violent felonies under the sexual nature! You have to be cool with people who are under the LGBTQ+ radar, we do not tolerate bigotry/Sexism/Racism of any kind! Basically just be kind. Overnight guests are allowed, we have no curfew just lock the door if you leave at night! We do not allow parties here just out of respect for everyone in the home. Please be respectful of all shared objects in the home (I own % of them). We live in a safe part of the neighborhood thankfully but we do live infront of a busy road, granted it doesn't actually get loud. Please clean up after yourself if you make a mess! I do not care if your room is messy just please do not attract bugs I will indeed cry. Communicate is key!
