Room Details:
• Move-in Date: June 1st (Prorated rent for mid-month move-in available.)
• Fully furnished with a private hallway nook, countertop, cabinets, and mini fridge space.
• Rent: $/month + split utilities 3 ways (electric/gas/wifi). Water and trash included.
Deposit will be $.
• Central air (heat + AC), in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace, extra storage unit, and access to a private community sauna and courtyard.
• Secured building with app-controlled security system.
• Shared garage parking

👥 Roommate Details:
• Two male professionals (s): One is a Quality Manager at a lab, and the other in similar profession. Both are laid-back, clean, career-oriented, and enjoy staying active.
• We’re looking for a clean, respectful roommate who will vibe well with our dynamic.

• Must pass a credit, background, and income verification check through the property management company (application fee: $).
• No pets unfortunately, per landlord.
