Hi all!
Looking for someone to take over my room with a private balcony in a BA apt on the th floor of a beautiful building in Midtown. Move-in would be some time in June, co-signing on a -month lease. Rent is ~$ plus bills, which are pretty low.

You'd be living with a year old professional woman who's friendly, outgoing and has been in the building for a few years. The ideal roommate is cat friendly, LGBT friendly and laid back.
