I’m looking for a female roommate to share my cozy apartment. I’m a very busy person and not home % of the time, so I’d love someone who will take care of the apartment like I do.

Requirements:
• Female only
• Non-smoker
• Must always clean up after herself (e.g. wash dishes after eating, clean the bathroom after using it, etc.)
• No boyfriends staying over
• No pets

Rent includes all utilities: electricity, Wi-Fi, water, and gas — no extra bills.

Parking spot available for an additional $/month.

Payment terms:
• First and last month’s rent required
• $ security deposit
• Minimum stay is 6 months
(If you leave before 6 months, the last month’s payment is non-refundable.)
