I am looking to welcome a new roommate into our peaceful and laid-back home. If you are a working professional who values privacy, cleanliness, and a calm atmosphere, this may be the right fit for you.

We are a quiet household where everyone typically relaxes on their own after work by watching TV, gaming, or simply enjoying personal time. While we mostly keep to ourselves, the home maintains a warm and respectful environment that feels welcoming.

Available Room and Pricing:
Room #4 – $1,000 per month with a private bathroom (plus $400 security deposit added to 1st month's rent)

Utilities are included up to $350 per month for the entire house. Any overage, especially during the summer months, is divided evenly among all roommates.

Clean and respectful of shared spaces
