A -month lease starting on Aug. 1st. Security deposit is the same amount as 1st months rent ($) when you sign the lease but gets returned after move-out date (1st month’s rent is a separate $ & due ON Aug. 1st). Nick, our landlord, is super nice & helps us with any issues we may have. Willing to work you on anything that may come up during the process!
