Hi, I'm Raniel, working as a chef in residential care and also working part time in Yarraville. I am mostly at work during the day time and on weekends, I tend to go with friends outside for brunch and hangout in their place at night.

I am well behaved, easy to get along with, kind, quiet, neat and tidy and knows how to live with other people. I do love a good movie with house mates, if we ever have time to hangout.

I have a fur-baby cat: Alex who will be living with us. He's very shy at first then gets very sweet when it becomes comfortable. Fully vaccinated feline. Very well behaved and never meows. I can assure you he will not bother you in any way.

I am looking for a housemate who is quiet, clean, eay to get along, is ok to live with a cat, knows how to live with other people and share a place, and respectful towards other people.

The flat is brilliantly situated 3 minutes walk away from Yarraville Station, 4 minutes walk to Yarraville village & woolies metro, minutes walk to Coles Yarraville.

It is a prime location that has designated parking space and street parking, there's also a nearby park.
