Hello, I’m a forty-two year old man who works from home M-F until 6pm. I’m professional, respectful and cleanly and would like the same in return. I’m mostly in my room but can be social. The home has bathrooms. The second room is used as an office, which you can utilize while I’m not at work; if you like. The place is semi- furnished. You would just need to provide your bedroom furniture. I’m pretty laid back so, I’m okay with overnight company every so often. I am a four-twenty smoker but will only do so in my room or outside (not in the common living areas). You will have your own bathroom. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the home so you will have ample privacy. The Management office would require you to sign the lease to move in so various checks will be performed. Located 3 mins away from hospital, gym, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. The home has a garage that can be turned into a gym, office, work space etc. $ fifty (includes gas, water, renters insurance & WiFi). Move-In date Aug first. month lease required. Lease expires and it can be renewed if you wish to stay longer. Fifty dollar app fee. Thanks.
