You also get the private, sunroom to yourself (currently my office space). Both decent sizes for the price, both have closets. The sunrooms closet is very large. $ includes rent, utilities and WiFi. I even have an almost brand new full size bed I’m willing to leave behind for the new renter. No credit check, just proof of income! The lease is until October 4th. Big bathroom, big kitchen, big living room with vaulted ceilings, fire place, gym, pool, pickleball and more. Love this apartment, just getting married and need to move ASAP. Willing to work with just about any roommate, he’s in the military, great guy and gets along with anyone. No upstairs neighbors and the neighbors are quiet.
