Top floor of apartment for rent

Looking to rent the top floor in my apartment. This will come unfinished with full freedom of this floor! Make one room a living room like currently shown or 2 bedrooms. Open to a couple or 2 friends looking for a space. No kids plz and preferably no pets but not a deal breaker. Everything included except heat. Off street parking provided, laundry in basement(not coin op), new deck off kitchen, big yard and weed friendly. I’m a twenty one year old F work full time, occasionally I’ll have a friend over other than that I’m quiet and either working or out. Occasionally I’ll have a cookout with some friends over the summer or a fire in the yard and your more than welcome to join! Looking for someone who is closer in age, clean
and has good energy! Must be able to provide 2 most recent paystubs. Looking for either one thousand each room or two thousand
for the whole floor.
