We have one bedroom available in our remodeled Lakewood home as of July 1st. You would have two housemates, one female and male in their late 's who each have a dog. Both work full-time jobs, are respectful of their roommates, keep the house clean, and are amazing roommates to have!

The room is updated and has plenty of space for a queen bed. The shared space is a bathroom in the basement level.

Your space has a newly renovated kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining area, and washer dryer. The bedroom is unfurnished. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to parks and is 5 minutes from the Belmar shopping center that includes Whole Foods, Target, and Sprouts. We're also just minutes from downtown Denver and minutes from Golden. The backyard space is shared with the whole house.

Rent is $/month for your room plus a $ flat utility fee that includes all utilities: electric/gas, water, internet (we have 1gb fiber), and trash. We are looking for longer term renters and can be flexible with start and end dates. If you have a dog, it's an additional $/month for pet rent.

A security deposit of $ is required upon signing of a lease.
