Santa Clarita Bridgeport Large Room

I am a semi-retired professional and own/ live in this home. I am looking for a roommate(s). There is one large bedroom upstairs available, and it is about twice the size of an average bedroom with two closets. I live in the Bridgeport area of Santa Clarita, about a mile north of the Valencia Mall. There is a shared bathroom between a rented average bedroom with double sinks. A barn door separates that side of the upstairs from the other side (Master/Office) where I stay.

I'm quiet, single, and a recent empty-nester. The downstairs kitchen, family room, and dining room are accessible to all and furnished. Laundry facilities are available upstairs. There is plenty of parking on this quiet, small cul-de-sac. The HOA has a pool and hot tub. Downstairs common areas are furnished. I do have a newer queen bed if needed. I rarely use the kitchen, and my current two tenants are quiet, polite, respectful professionals/students. This will be a mellow home that I hope to share with a responsible and respectful individual. No smoking, drugs, or partying.
