Hi, my name is Matt. I am a semi-retired professional and own/ live in this home. I am looking for a roommate(s). The rooms are in my home in the Bridgeport area of Santa Clarita, about a mile north of the Mall. The monthly rents will vary from $. It depends on who rents what. Downstairs is a private 2-room suite with a full bathroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms ( very large) with a bathroom in between and a barn door to separate that side of the upstairs from the other side (Master/Office) where I stay. I'm quiet, single, and a recent empty-nester. The downstairs kitchen, family room, and dining room are accessible to all and furnished. Laundry for all to use is upstairs. Plenty of parking on this quiet, small cul-de-sac. HOA has pool, jacuzzi. Downstairs is furnished, and I do have a couple of new beds (full and queen). Beds may be sold - TBD.
