Urgently Need Lease Signed Over

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Retreat in Corvallis for the school year. It’s a bath unit with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The lease runs from September p.m. through August p.m., and rent is $ per month. The unit is unfurnished, which gives you the flexibility to set it up however you’d like.
You’d be sharing the apartment with two male roommates. One is a senior transferring to OSU this fall, majoring in BioHealth, and is also on the OSU soccer team. The other is studying Chemical Engineering. While I haven’t met them in person yet since I’m also a transfer, they’ve both come across as very responsible and clean. They’re open to having either a male or female roommate and seem easy to live with.
The apartment is pet-friendly (with a fee) and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. All utilities are covered in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about extra monthly bills. The Retreat is a popular student housing option with lots of great community amenities like a pool, gym, and study spaces.
