Hello,
We are a couple living in a BA modern triplex with a garden in Hamilton Heights on a lovely block ( b/w B’way and Amst).
we have already 2 roommates, each on their own furnished bedrooms that face the garden. Currently available is middle bedroom in the ’’’).
Our roommates gets to enjoy our beautifully curated, clean and open shared spaces in the parlor, Kitchen, Dining Room, bathrooms and Garden.
The house is fully furnished, kitchen stocked ,etc. as this is our home, we would like to keep gatherings to a minimum, but we understand the occasional small dinner and/or overnight guest (in your room).
we cannot accept/allow pets or service animals of any sort. The room rent, $/month includes utilities and use of the Washer/Dryer.
