Nice room: carpet, BIR and window

Description

I have a room where there is carpet on the floor and a window in Westmead. Mirrored BIR included. I am the only other flatmate and I do research (main area now is Criminology). The building is next door to both train station and bus stop. You cross the train tracks and you find a small shopping center with supermarket, a pub and really nice pizza. I will give you locked garage parking if you have a car. I would like to get AU$ for the room. There is microwave and fridge plus washing and dryer. There is printer and you can use it if you buy ink. I am a Christian and would like a Christian as well, if possible. Any gender, cannot smoke, do drugs or drink in excess.
