Two bedrooms available for rent on 2nd floor of 3bdrm house. I am looking for roommates to house share. Includes a master bedroom with private bath and second bedroom is separate. Washer/dryer and storage area in walkout basement. Private parking. Looking for someone who is clean, mature and able to pass background check with the landlord. Located close to downtown Bethel, only 5 minutes from train station. Looking for July 1 move in date. First and last month plus one month security deposit. $ per room/roommate.
